We have loved Daniel's Chiroso since the very first time we cupped it blind. It has always had a reverberating orange citrus about it. This season, the coffee is easily the most fruit-forward, while the fruit presentation is also the most complex of any lot yet. This season the coffee presents an array of sunset-colors in the fruit realm - classic navel orange we have come to always expect from Daniel's coffee, bright strawberry, summery peach, as well as a yellow tropicality. Also worth pointing out is that none of the fruit character leans into overripe or fermented qualities.
